By the end of this course, learners will be able to understand the key components and operational standards of the Army Lodging Program. They will gain insights into the policies and procedures that govern the administration, maintenance, and inspection of Army Lodging facilities. Additionally, learners will be able to identify the responsibilities of various roles within the program, including the DFMWRs and Army Lodging Managers.
Participants will also learn about the eligibility criteria for lodging and the prioritization of reservations for different groups. They will be equipped to explain the financial management policies that ensure the program is self-sustaining, including the use of Nonappropriated Funds (NAF) and the establishment of room rates. Finally, learners will be able to discuss the standards for facility construction, furnishings, and the handling of pets and service animals within Army Lodging facilities.
This course contains 10 lessons followed by a post test. In order to receive a certificate of completion for this course, students must complete all 10 lessons and past the post test with a score of 80% or higher.
