This foundational course introduces the Army Employment Readiness Program (ERP) and equips participants with the essential knowledge and skills to begin assisting clients in their employment journeys. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the regulations, policies, standards, and resources that govern the ERP, enabling them to navigate the program effectively. Furthermore, this course will focus on developing fundamental counseling skills necessary for conducting productive initial client sessions. By the end of this course, participants will be able to confidently associate ERP principles with their governing framework and delineate key skills for effective client counseling.
