CYS Facility Director’s Training Pilot

This course will be offered again in February and September of 2026.

The MWR ACYS_Facility_Pilot_1.jpgcademy in collaboration with G9 CYS is proud to announce the successful completion of the pilot CYS Facility Director’s training.  This two-week program brought together CDC, SAC, and MST facility directors from across the MWR enterprise to strengthen their skills in supervision, facility management, and high-quality care delivery. 

ParticipanCYS_Facility_Pilot_2.jpgts engaged in interactive learning experiences, simulation-based activities, in-depth discussions, and peer collaboration aimed at preparing them for the challenges of leading our childcare programs. Feedback from participants highlighted the course’s value and effectiveness in enhancing the broad range of skillsets needed by our emerging CYS leaders. Huge thank you to the amazing pilot participants for their engagement and feedback.
