The MWR Academy (Ron Cook, Dan Dillabaugh and Loretta Murray) recently traveled to Fort Rucker, Alabama, to deliver the NAF Financial Management for Program Managers course to 25 local Family and MWR leaders. This interactive training session allowed participants to collaborate closely as they tackled critical financial processes side-by-side.
Throughout the course, the team worked together to master interpreting regulations, building budgets, and analyzing financial statements. By combining their diverse experiences with these essential fiscal skills, these graduates are now even better prepared to work as a team to optimize local programs and support our Soldiers and families.
