MWR Academy Faculty Looks Ahead to FY27, Gives Back to San Antonio Community

The MWR Academy Faculty recently convened during the last week of April 2026 for a highly productive week of strategic planning, professional development, and community service.

Planning for the Future

Looking ahead to Fiscal Year 2027 and beyond, the faculty focused their efforts on developing robust strategies and long-term plans to support the MWR mission. The gathering also featured a comprehensive train-the-trainer session designed to prepare the team for an upcoming manager’s workshop, ensuring our leadership training remains top-tier and impactful.

Teambuilding and Giving Back

Beyond the classroom, the faculty prioritized teambuilding with a powerful community impact. The team dedicated time to volunteer at the San Antonio Food Bank, working together to combat local hunger.
