Congratulations to the FY25 Exemplary Workforce Development Award WINNERS!!!
The goal of the Family and MWR Exemplary Workforce Development Award is to recognize Family and MWR Directorates or Armed Forces Recreation Centers (AFRCs) that demonstrate a strong commitment to their team members through training, coaching and mentoring, and other opportunities for professional development. For FY25, the award criteria were training completion metrics and demonstration of strong leadership commitment to the IMCOM Service Culture’s Leadership Pledge.
The winners of the FY25 Exemplary Workforce Development Award are:

• Fort Campbell
Each selected organization received a trophy, bragging rights, and will be reimbursed $3,000 for costs associated with NAF employee development such as external training, employee tuition reimbursement, or training supplies/ books that support professional development.
