The MWR Academy would like to extend congratulations to the 25 MWR program managers who recently graduated from the Recreation and Business Program Management Course at the MWR Academy! Designed for driven professionals preparing for Division Chief roles, this dynamic residential course challenged students to apply practical, strategic solutions to complex operational challenges. Throughout the program, participants navigated the intricacies of managing garrison-level Community Recreation and Business Operations Divisions, tackling major functional areas including strategic communication, personnel management, financial oversight, and recapitalization (CPMC). This milestone represents a true step from learning to leading, as these 25 professionals return home with the advanced functional knowledge and strategic vision required to elevate their local programs and guide their teams.
