Course Description:

NAF-CON 400 focuses on the skills and competencies students need to be effective and efficient within the contract administration role.  Course topics include:

  • Managing changes
  • Contract Performance
  • Contract Management
  • Remedies and Contract Completion
  • Contract closeout

Target Audience:

NAF Contracting workforce members within the job series 1101 and 1102.

Course Structure: 5 days, plus pre-course work

This in-residence course combines interactive lectures, practical exercises, case studies, and group discussions to reinforce learning.  Some pre-course work may be required.
